Source for the 15–30 min range: direct caregiver testimony on time per wet brief change in long-term-care settings. The default uses 20 minutes, the conservative mid-point. Tibbe replaces an addressable full change with a bag-empty; it collects urine only, so stool-related changes are excluded from the savings.
